Do you have PAT & PLI
Synergy Entertainments has £10m public liability cover and PAT certificate. These documents will be submitted to the venue 4 weeks prior to the event.
Do you meet us?
Synergy Entertainments always gives are customers the option to meet up to discuss their requirements for their event. We can also use other options like calls, video calls and always keeping up-to-date via email.
How do I know my booking is secure?
Synergy Entertainments has a booking system in where once the booking contract & deposit has been received, you will receive log in details to you own online account. this is where you can see your booking contract, make music requests and make / see payments that have been made.
How long does it take to Setup?
depending on access to the venue, We normally say it takes around an hour to setup the main disco. If you have uplighting/mood lighting that would take an additions 30-40 mins!
What music are we allowed to request?
Synergy Entertainments gives it’s customers total control of their music if they want to or you can leave it up to the DJ to fill the floor, We always say be mindful of your guests when making requests as they wont always like the music that you like. Try to have a little bit for everyone!
What's included in the setup
The basics of a setup is DJ booth, speakers, lights (black or white setup) depending on the package that you book you will also get uplighting or extra lights if requested.
